Cement of high hardness, intended for high marks of concrete, which is used in works where the concrete is in contact with sulfate-ion containing water. Such a special cement should have a feature to resist harmful effects of sulfates. For the production of this cement, a specially- normed clinker with chemical and mineral composition is used. Used for any construction where sulfate resistance is required and no restrictions are given. Inert material used in concrete does not contain active micro silicon dioxide.
